Obviously, you have to include a baseball game in the top five, I'm just not convinced you chose the right one. I think 'RBI Baseball' or 'Baseball Stars' have to be considered.
You somehow left 'Double Dribble' off your list. I'm sure that was just an oversight on your part, and you will be adding that to your list, right?
'Legend of Zelda', 'Super Mario 3', 'Skate or Die 2', 'Contra', and 'Ninja Gaiden' would all be up there for me, as well.
Can't argue with Punchout, Super Mario 1, or Pro Wrestling, though. They are the best.
Who was your favorite wrestler? (If you choose anyone other than Starman, you deserve a 'Somersault Kick' to the chest)

So you have about 11 games on your top 5.
I think I've only played about 4 Nintendo games in my life. I like Bomberman 2, Mario Bros, Tetris...okay make that 3 games. Oh wait, I forgot Duck Hunt.
I was always partial to King Slender. You have to have access to the piledriver and Starman did that gay somersault kick instead of the piledriver. C'mon! Never was a big double dribble fan and after playing it recently, it only confirms the suckiness. Top Gun almost made the list, and probably should replace bomberman 2 as I've only discovered bomberman within the last 5 years. But it is an awesome game.
Maybe there should only be 'Top 10' lists for NES games. There are so many to choose from.
I'll give it a shot....my top 5:
1)Punchout
2)Super Mario 3
3)Double Dribble
4)Super Mario 1
5)Baseball Stars
The rest of the ones in my post were just ones I would have to consider.
The somersault kick was rather gay, I suppose. Giant Panther's 'Iron Claw' was always a favorite of mine, too.
Top Gun was great, but I can't include that because I never could get the refueling in level two to work right.
